• HOLOHOLO HAWAII MARINE & OCEAN SPORTS NEWS - covers just about everything. :)
• Surf Report - The Honolulu Advertiser - daily info on the waves for most of the islands, plus diving conditions, etc, for O'ahu.
• University of Hawaii Office of Intercollegiate Athletics - Pulls up the women's swimming & diving team info.  From here you can get to the rest of their water sports info.
